The frequency of cleaning is determined by a variety of criteria, including proximity to a main road, children or pets, living patterns, and so on. However, we urge that you use our service at least once every three months. You may also sign up for our regular cleaning packages and save more money than you spend.
We move light furniture and clean behind and beneath it. We do not, though, because heavy furniture is difficult to move. This service does not include cleaning the insides of cupboards, closed storage units, book shelves, or chandeliers. Terraces, Gardens, Façades, Awnings, and Canopies are not included either.
We would like someone to be there when the cleaning is taking place. There is no problem if you want to leave after advising our workers on the task.
Sofa cleaning, chair cleaning, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, mattress sanitization, floor scrubbing, terrace cleaning, and Fridge and Oven cleaning are among our additional services. You might add these services to your cleaning package or purchase them separately.
Please keep your valuables and fragile goods in a secure location. Also, please keep any loose items, such as clothing from restrooms and food from kitchens, put away.
We would want to request a constant supply of water, power, and a ladder.
Our employees have been trained to handle fragile things with care. To avoid such catastrophes, we recommend that you notify our crew about such spots in your house ahead of time. If a breakage occurs, our Customer Service staff will analyse the damage and address the issue as needed.
